1. So how does this work?

Well, it really is very easy. You already know that you either need a new website setup or you want someone else to take over the responsibilities for hosting and maintaining your website.

Now all you have to do is get in touch with us, by filling out the Service Inquiry form. Once you do that, we will get in touch with you quickly, work out with you exactly what you need and then get it done!

2. How long does it take to get a website up and running?

It can take as little as a couple of days, to maybe a few weeks or more - it all depends on how large a website is needed.

3. How much will this cost me?

Really it all depends on how much time we have to spend on the job. Fortunately we have done this literally hundreds of times. That is why we made the Annual Packages. For a new website, generally all that is needed is Annual Package #1, a standard design, and a couple of hours to load in the content. With our promotional pricing for our Annual Packages, the final cost for a new website can be less than $500 for the first year and as little as $149 for subsequent years.

4. Can you handle larger websites?

Yes we can. We have many customers that have us do all of the work on their websites. This may involve making changes on more or less a regular / monthly basis. We do everything from the smallest home-based business website to large Federal Government websites and everything in between. 5. What kind of payment options do you have?

We accept payments by cheque or credit card.

6. What do I do when I need changes to be made to my website?

All you have to do is tell us what you want. It is usually easiest if you do this by email or by fax. Once we receive this information, we just go ahead and make the changes generally within 1 day if not the same day.

7. How do I know how much my changes will cost me?

For very simple changes, it generally takes us less than 15 minutes. Our time is recorded and billed in 15 minute increments. For larger changes, if you like, we will give you an estimate in advance so you can be sure that your budget will be respected. After a while, you get used to how long it takes to do certain things and it becomes fairly routine.

8. What if I am unhappy with your service or I want to change suppliers?

This doesn't happen very often. We have customers that have been with us since 1996! However, if you want to change for any reason, we don't take it personally and we make it very easy. You know, we have even had a few clients that have switched suppliers and then returned to us for one reason or another. We always smile when that happens.
